WARRANTY

This warranty includes all new Miranda products

Miranda products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. Individual rechargeable batteries from other manufacturers sold in the Miranda store are covered by a 6-month warranty period.

Warranty service is implemented only after sending the device together with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and a description of the defect.

The complaint is dealt with within 30 days.

Defective products or their parts will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's decision.

The manufacturer shall not be responsible for any damage caused to other equipment or accessories used together with the Miranda products.

The cost of delivery of the claimed goods to the distributor/service center shall be borne by the Buyer, who should make sure that the claimed goods are properly secured for the duration of the shipment, 

Delivery of the goods back to the Buyer under warranty repair is at the expense of the service point. In case of repairs that are not covered by the warranty, these costs are covered by the Buyer. 

The decision whether a complaint is justified and made by an authorized service centre and is final.

The faulty goods together with the required documents should be sent back to the address: Miranda Bartłomiej Kocurek, Wyspiańskiego 14/7 , 43-300 Bielsko-Biała.

Any mechanical damage resulting from improper use or storage, as well as any unauthorized disassembling, altering and structural changes to the purchased equipment will cause the loss of the warranty.

The warranty specifically excludes:

mechanical, thermal, chemical or intentional damage to the equipment, 

multiple connection connectors (RCA, E/O)

damages caused by using incorrect or defective batteries (applies to products where the customer chooses the power source himself other than that manufactured by Miranda)

damages caused by watering the flashlight, if the watering was caused by negligent or incomplete closing, and watering caused by closing with damaged or dirty o-rings.

damages resulting from improper use and storage of the equipment 

damages resulting from using non-original / improper parts 

damages resulting from the fault or ignorance of the user 

 

The above mentioned damages are repaired during the warranty period for a fee. The total cost of repair will be quoted before any repair work is undertaken. 

Manufacturer's responsibility is limited to an amount equal to the price of the advertised product. Manufacturer shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, accident or other claims arising out of the use of Miranda products.

By placing an order, Buyer accepts this warranty.
